Beyond2050 is a fast growing strategic and political communications agency based in central London. We support organisations to deploy strategies and tactics to meet policy and commercial objectives.

Our team has worked at the highest levels of politics and communications – including Special Advisers, senior Government officials, political experts and communications specialists – and we’re now looking to recruit proactive and passionate individuals to support recent client wins, and the next stage of our growth.

As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibility from the start. You will play a leading role in client projects, driving progress and delivering products in support of their aims. In doing so you will build strong relationships with clients, politicians, advisers, officials and industry representatives.

Responsibilities:

Detailed political monitoring and evaluation, using informed, data-driven research and political insight.

Producing a wide range of high-quality internal and external materials including press releases, media statements, policy briefings, reports, social media posts, and infographics.

Supporting political interventions aligned with client aims.

Taking a prominent  role in the delivery of political events aligned with client objectives, including devising project plans, timelines and budgets.

Horizon scanning policy and market developments and opportunity spotting.

Taking a role in the development of the business, including collaborating on new business proposals and pitches.

Skills Required:

At least two years experience of working in a public affairs, political or policy environment. 

Knowledge and understanding of the processes and structures of central government and Parliament, including the legislative and policy making process and how to influence and engage with this.

Committed to developing your skills as part of the wider supportive team environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills appropriate to communicate with a range of senior political stakeholders and clients.

Entrepreneurial attitude, able to develop client business and support the next stages of an ambitious and growing agency.

Experience of building and maintaining relationships with senior political and industry stakeholders.

Salary

£35,000 – £45,000
